“Buy-a-Seat” Ranch Tour – Catch the “Open Air Tram” at our Corporate offices, 231 W. Giaconda Way – this location is behind the Safeway Shopping Center at Ina and Oracle Roads (departs at 11:00 am) MAKE SURE TO PRE-REGISTER (WE WILL ACCEPT WALK UPS IF WE HAVE A SEAT, BUT NO GUARANTEE). Recommend you are at pick-up 15 minutes before departure AS WE DO DEPART ON TIME! Relax and enjoy the ride to the Ranch located in the area of Picacho Peak beside Interstate 10. Talk to Barbara if you have questions, 520-529-7400. This is a 5-hour timed Tour. For us to sell this Tour as “Buy-a-Seat” and not charge overtime it is important to stay on time. We expect to depart the Ranch at 2:30 pm at arrive back at office around 4:00 pm. Below Pricing is per person for “Open Air Tram” pulled by a truck or SUV. No alcohol is allowed on “Open Air Tram” and parents are encourage to bring their children who do not require infant or booster seats. We can take 2 infants in SUV but you must request these seats before registering.

Tours happen in all weather conditions. No credit or refunds for anyone who is late and misses their tour. Recommend you bring anything you need like money, sweater, hat, sunscreen, and/or camera. Bottle Water will be on Trolley for everyone. No smoking or vaping of any kind. You are taking this Tour at your own risk as we have no way to know if anyone has a virus or illness that can be transmitted to you. THE TRAM IS A MOVING VEHICLE AND FOR THIS REASON EVERYONE NEEDS TO STAY SEATED AT ALL TIMES !

No refunds unless Tour is canceled or there becomes a reason Tour cannot happen or complete as scheduled. This Tour requires 12+ guest registered 5 days before Tour to not create cancellation. The Tram is a moving vehicle and for this reason everyone needs to stay seated at all times. No alcohol, smoking or vaping. Riding in our “Open Air Tram” is at your own risk.
